Vehicle Return Clerk

A company is looking for a Vehicle Return Clerk (Remote - Michigan).

Key Responsibilities

Ensure case accuracy and assemble case documentation

Manage communications between car owners, auto dealers, and lending institutions

Negotiate and coordinate vehicle buybacks on behalf of the auto manufacturer

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Three or more years of customer service experience

Able to work shifts within the center's hours of operation

Must be a Michigan resident with a distraction-free work environment

High-speed internet access at home
