We offer a base salary of $50,000 and a competitive first?year OTE of $70,000 (Base + Commission). This role is located in Richardson, TX.

The Role : What Youll Be Doing
As a BDR you are the engine of the sales team. Your success directly leads to the companys success.
- Build the Foundation : Research and prospect high?value leads using tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Navigator, and ZoomInfo to build a robust pipeline.
- Lead with Insight : Become a subject?matter expert on the clients offering to engage C?level executives and qualify critical business pain points.
- Multi?Channel Engagement : Execute high?volume, multi?channel outreach campaignsincluding personalized cold calls, strategic emails, and targeted LinkedIn messaging.
- Drive Revenue : Consistently book qualified discovery meetings for Senior Account Executives, directly contributing to revenue targets.
