We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Territory Sales Manager to join our team in Houston. This role is responsible for developing new business, managing a portfolio of existing customers, and collaborating with Inside Sales and Service teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

If you’re a self-starter who enjoys building relationships, exceeding goals, and being part of a results-driven team — we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow business in an assigned territory
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
  • Identify new sales opportunities and convert leads into long-term clients
  • Partner with Inside Sales Representatives and Service Lab Professionals to ensure top-level customer support
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts as needed
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of sales experience (Industrial sales preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
  • Highly motivated, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Stable work history and interest in long-term career growth
