Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the frontline advocate for our customers, providing exceptional service and support across various channels including phone, email, and live chat. Your primary objective will be to enhance customer satisfaction by effectively resolving inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing insightful product information

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services to customers.
  • Assist customers with order placements, cancellations, and returns.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service protocols.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
  • Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other digital communication tools.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently with minimal supervision.
