This position will start at $44800 based on experience

We are seeking a Coordinator Revenue Data Inventory Analytics

Job Responsibilities :

Capture and extract data directly from client EHR systems bypassing traditional data capture methods for most up-to-date inventory data.

Upload transform and prepare data for Power BI ingestion.

Design and develop Power BI reports tailored to the needs of middle revenue cycle operation leaders.

Collaborate closely with middle revenue cycle leaders to understand reporting requirements and deliver

actionable insights.

Identify and correct errors in reports to ensure data accuracy and reliability.

Make recommended changes to inventory reports.

Empower new report users.

Maintain and manage data repositories using SharePoint and Microsoft Lists.

Utilize Microsoft Teams for effective communication and collaboration for MRCS Leader Onboarding

processes.

Continuously improving data processes and reporting methodologies.

Experience We Love :

Knowledge of CMS and Joint Commission regulations preferred

EMR experience preferred

Bachelors Degree or Equivalent Experience

Technical Proficiency : Intermediate to Advanced skills in Excel Power BI SharePoint Microsoft Lists and Teams. Experience with data extraction and transformation particularly from EHR systems

Healthcare Revenue Cycle experience preferred (Acute care facility HIM experience)

SQL experience is desired

Certifications :

CRCR Required within 9 months of hire (company paid)
