Alternatively, experience working at a self-performing General Contractor or specialty subcontractor as a project or purchasing manager. Good understanding of general ledger principles in accounting Understanding of computer networking and security principles Strong understanding of project accounting workflows. We're looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our 50-person team. It will be an amazing opportunity to develop a customer success playbook and work closely with serial entrepreneur founders. This position has a big upside for promotion downstream.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage 8-10 concurrent customer implementations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure delivery milestones are met and client feedback is incorporated.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, translating business processes into optimized Field Materials workflows.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of implementation processes by identifying patterns, gaps, and scalable best practices.
