IQ Clarity is seeking a Mobile Engineerwho enjoys building reliable, user-focused mobile experiences and collaborating across product and engineering teams. This role will focus on developing and maintaining mobile applications while partnering closely with backend engineers to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions.

You'll contribute to mobile features from early design through production release, helping shape technical decisions and ensuring applications meet quality, performance, and usability standards.

What You'll Work On

Design, build, and enhance mobile applications with a focus on performance, reliability, and user experience

Collaborate with backend and frontend engineers to integrate mobile applications with cloud-based services and APIs

Participate in technical planning, architecture discussions, and solution design

Write clean, testable, and maintainable code while following best practices for mobile development

Support release processes, including testing, deployment, and post-release improvements

Contribute ideas that improve development workflows, tooling, and product quality

Technical Environment

Frontend and cross-platform development using React and React Native

Native mobile development for iOS, Android, or both

RESTful APIs and modern mobile application architectures

What We're Looking For

Professional experience developing mobile applications in production environments

Hands-on experience with native iOS and / or Android development

Familiarity with cross-platform mobile frameworks such as React Native

Experience working with cloud-connected applications and backend services

Strong understanding of mobile app lifecycle, performance optimization, and debugging

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Clear written and verbal communication skills

Nice to Have

Experience working in cloud-native or distributed systems

Exposure to CI / CD pipelines and automated testing for mobile applications

Understanding of security, data storage, and offline-first mobile patterns
