*This role serves clients throughout the South Bay / Harbor Area within a 25-mile radius of Torrance (90501).
Job Summary:
We are seeking a licensed Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Hidden Treasures ABA Therapy Services. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. Our team is dedicated to providing high-quality, one-on-one therapy services that cater to each child's unique needs and abilities.
Responsibilities:
Assess and develop individualized treatment plans for clients with autism and other developmental disabilities
Conduct behavioral analyses and identify treatment goals and objectives
Implement and modify behavioral interventions, as necessary
Collaborate with clients, families, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Monitor and record client progress, making data-driven decisions to adjust treatment plans as needed
Provide supervision and training to BCaBAs and RBTs
Requirements:
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Psychology, or a related field
Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
Minimum 0 years of experience in ABA or related field
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Compensation:
An annual salary range of $90,000 - $105,000
