You will be the catalyst for change, helping individuals of all ages rediscover their potential and reconnect with the world around them - from infants babbling their first sounds to elderly patients reclaiming their ability to communicate.

This position offers a rare chance to engage with diverse populations throughout their lifespan within a dynamic setting, combining outpatient therapy with some inpatient opportunities. Whether you have a passion for guiding young children through language development, aiding adults with neurological communication challenges, or assisting the elderly in cognitive-linguistic rehabilitation, you will find gratification and freedom in your work here.

  • Assess patients across various demographics-pediatric, adult, and geriatric-using both standardized assessments and observational strategies.
  • Create individualized therapy plans targeting both immediate objectives and long-term communication, cognitive, or swallowing goals.
  • Deliver focused one-on-one speech therapy targeting elements such as communication, language, fluency, voice, and swallowing.
  • Collaborate closely with physical therapists, occupational therapists, nurses, physicians, families, and caregivers to develop unified care plans.
  • Educate patients and their families to support therapeutic advancements outside the confines of clinical settings.
  • Contribute to sporadic inpatient evaluations and interventions to ensure seamless care throughout the recovery journey.
  • Document patient information accurately and punctually, adhering to established state, federal, and organizational guidelines.
  • Remain informed about the latest advancements in the field through ongoing education and collaboration with peers.

Educational Requirements

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) is required for those not yet holding ASHA certification.
  • Certifications Needed

  • State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist .
  • ASHA's Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) is preferred.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be obtained within the first 30 days of employment.
  • Skills Required

  • Strong command of evidence-based practices suitable for all age groups, with keen awareness of developmental and acquired speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills with patients, their families, and interdisciplinary teams.
  • Flexibility in adapting therapy methods to suit a range of cultural and linguistic contexts.
  • Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records and documentation protocols.
  • What We Offer

  • Competitive salary reflective of your experience.
  • Flexible scheduling to promote a meaningful work-life balance.
  • Paths to specialize in pediatrics, adult neuro rehabilitation, or geriatrics.
  • Paid time off (PTO) along with holiday pay.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance benefits.
  • Support for continuing education and professional development.
  • A collaborative, team-oriented environment dedicated to high-quality care and continuous learning.
  • A Career that Inspires Growth - Both Personally and Professionally

In this position, you will do more than just conduct speech therapy; you will blend into a community-driven mission dedicated to restoring voices, enhancing communication, and creating joyful moments through the core of human experience : understanding and connection.

Your fellow clinicians will truly feel like family, and our culture promotes unity over rivalry. Every patient has a narrative waiting to be told; we believe you have the skills to help narrate it.
