A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager, Key Accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for designated accounts, advocating for customer needs
Support customers in utilizing and operationalizing the company's platforms, including onboarding and health checks
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customer success plans and identify expansion opportunities
Required Qualifications
5-15 years of experience in post-sales / pre-sales, specifically in Customer Success managing Enterprise Customers
Experience in troubleshooting and independently resolving customer issues
Security or risk management experience preferred
Consulting background strongly encouraged
Occasional travel required
