Position Overview :

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Creative Production Assistant to join our team. This role supports the production and creative teams in developing innovative, trend-driven content for ReelShort. The ideal candidate is passionate about social media, pop culture, and storytelling, with hands-on skills in editing and production.

Responsibilities :

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of creative productions, including mini shows and short-form video content.
• Monitor and analyze social media trends, viral content, and fandom culture to generate fresh, engaging ideas.
• Support post-production tasks, including video editing, motion graphics, and basic design work.
• Collaborate with creative producers and editors on content development and execution.
• Assist with filming, on-set production, and general production logistics.
• Create and adapt assets using tools like Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and Illustrator.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production workflows.
• Provide administrative and creative support to the production team as needed.
