Job Title: Clinical Laboratory Technologist
Location: New York, NY 10029
Schedule: 35 hours per week
Shift: Nights – 12:00 AM to 8:00 AM
Pay Rate: $55 – $60 per hour
Assignment Type: Contract (Potential for Permanent Hire)

Job Summary

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Clinical Laboratory Technologist to perform routine and complex testing in a hospital laboratory setting. The ideal candidate has experience in chemistry and hematology and can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory testing in Chemistry and Hematology

• Review and verify test results for accuracy

• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment

• Follow safety and regulatory guidelines

• Enter and document results in the Laboratory Information System

• Work closely with healthcare teams to support patient care

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of Clinical Laboratory Technologist experience

• Associate’s Degree in Laboratory Technology (accredited program)

• Valid New York State Clinical Laboratory Technologist license (NYSED)

Preferred

• Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field

• BLS certification

• Prior hospital laboratory experience
