Project Engineer - Solid Waste Design

As a Project Engineer in Solid Waste/Landfill Design, you will oversee the preparation of engineering calculations, drawings, reports, and permit applications with the ability to serve as the Engineer of Record on projects for public and private clients.

Responsibilities

Include engineering design, client communications, project management, and staff coordination. Project responsibility will have a primary focus on solid waste management, including landfill gas, landfills and landfill infrastructure, composting, and other projects, which may require design, engineering, permitting, construction, and operations support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, environmental engineering, or related engineering degree is required.
• A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience specific to the solid waste industry such as landfill gas management, air compliance, landfill design and permitting, landfill operations support, or compost facility operations is required.
