Opportunity Highlights :

• Full-scope cardiothoracic surgery : dissections, advanced valve work, aortic procedures, and structural heart integration
• High-volume practice : ~600 annual procedures
• State-of-the-art facilities : dedicated cardiac ORs, elite anesthesia team, hybrid room
• Strong support team : 7 PAs, 1 NP, 6 perfusionists, and a 24-bed universal cardiac unit with cardiac-trained intensivists
• Research & leadership : opportunities for PI work, device studies, and future involvement in advanced heart failure programs including LVADs
• Multidisciplinary collaboration : monthly raw-data STS meetings, robust cardiology referrals, and highly regarded nursing unit
