Program Manager

We are seeking a Program Manager .

Located on-site in Port Hueneme, CA .

Principal Duties / Responsibilities :

• Experience in budget forecasting and use of Earned Value Management or similar processes.
• Experience managing subcontractors.
• Experience developing program plans and schedules from master development schedules.
• Demonstrated experience identifying technical and programmatic risk areas and in development and implementation of risk mitigation plans.
• Direct experience with and understanding of Navy policies and procedures through personal participation in planning meetings, program reviews, and technical working groups.
• Experience controlling expenditures in accordance with budget allocations.
• Must have demonstrated the ability to provide technical and budgetary briefings to Navy management
• Execute requirements in accordance with the contract and specified objectives and ensure adherence to all required regulations / processes.
• Experience managing complex contract with multiple subcontractors, geographically dispersed staff.
• Manage and coordinate personally, or through subordinate managerial personnel, activities concerned with implementation and carrying out objectives of the contract and programs.
