Collateral Processor

A company is looking for a Collateral Processor to facilitate the processing of manufactured home loan applications.

Key Responsibilities

Review loan applications and community documents for accuracy and compliance

Communicate with communities and team members to guide documentation and expedite loan processing

Conduct quality control checks and maintain organized loan files

Required Qualifications

2-3+ years of experience in consumer lending or mortgage processing

6+ months of experience with manufactured housing or title documents

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and mortgage software

Familiarity with mortgage industry regulations and compliance requirements

Ability to work independently in a remote environment
