Sr. Controls Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement process automation control systems.
• Program PLCs (Allen-Bradley preferred; Siemens, Modicon, and Emerson experience a plus).
• Develop and configure SCADA / HMI applications (Ignition, Rockwell Software, AVEVA, WinCC).
• Specify, configure, and commission instrumentation and motor control circuits.
• Lead or support system commissioning and field start-ups.
• Configure and maintain OT infrastructure (Hypervisors, VMs, SQL databases, backup solutions).
• Configure and maintain industrial networks (Ethernet / IP, Modbus, Profibus).
• Deploy and troubleshoot networking equipment (switches, routers, firewalls, cellular modems).
• Ensure OT / IT network security and integration with enterprise systems.
• Prepare submittals, system documentation, and detailed design specifications.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for control loops, instrumentation, and SCADA systems.
• Interface directly with customers for training, support, and project updates.
