Document Specialist Co-op

Job Summary :

SPX Flow is looking for a Documentation Specialist who will be responsible for creating, compiling and managing the customer pre / post-bid project documentation within SPX Application Engineering Team. The Documentation Specialist assists Sales and Application Engineering during pre / post bidding stage by ensuring that all documentation requirements are compliant and handed over to bidding team in accordance with the defined framework.

Principal Duties and responsibilities :

• Work with internal teams to customize and develop standard doc. templates, formats, styles and Indexing.
• Maintain Database or Library for easy searchability, standardize by document indexing for quick retrieval.
• Hands-On experience, CAD tools (A- Cad & 3D Software), SAP, Power point, MS office and related applications.
• Interpretation and creation of 2D drawings and 3D models, Exposure to PDM / Vault, added advantage.
• Able to understand & to interpret of technical specifications, BOM and to certain extent commercial terminology.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works near moving mechanical parts and equipment of various sizes.
