Role Overview

We are looking for a Graphic Designer to help define, maintain, and evolve our visual identity across all marketing channels. This hybrid role (9am–6pm CST) ensures brand consistency, creative quality, and visual cohesion across digital, social, web, print, and event materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and apply brand standards consistently across all marketing touchpoints.
• Help evolve and refine visual systems, templates, and design guidelines as the brand grows.
• Ensure a unified look and feel across campaigns, platforms, and materials.
• Work closely with the Director of Marketing & Creative on establishing brand standards across the entire company.
• Design creative assets for digital marketing: email, paid media, social, web.
• Support campaign development with cohesive visual storytelling and layout design.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to translate ideas into compelling visuals.
• Design print and physical assets: signage, trade show materials, swag, promotional materials.
• Prepare files for print production and ensure quality across physical outputs.
• Support event-related design needs across both large-scale and regional activations.
• Partner closely with the Marketing Project Manager to meet deadlines and manage priorities.
• Participate in creative reviews and provide thoughtful feedback when needed.
• Organize and maintain design files, templates, and shared asset libraries.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in graphic design, brand design, or marketing design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating brand consistency across multiple channels.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools.
• Experience designing for both digital and print environments.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.

Additional

• Experience supporting events, trade shows, or experiential marketing.
• Familiarity with web and UI design principles.
• Motion design or light animation experience.
