About the Role : As a Nuclear Pharmacy Staff Pharmacist, you will play a crucial role in providing radiopharmaceuticals and drugs to medical providers while adhering to strict State and Federal regulations. You will have the opportunity to consult with healthcare professionals regarding the safe use of radioactive drugs for diagnosis and therapy.
Schedule Requirements :
- 40 hours per week
- Various shifts including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call duties.
- 30% travel required.
- Flexibility to adjust to changing schedules is essential.
Compensation : The anticipated salary range is $104,300 - $149,100.

Provide pharmaceutical care, including compounding nuclear medications and quality testing.Manage pharmacy inventory and execute orders to maintain optimal drug availability.Direct internal workflows to enhance pharmacy operations and staffing efficiency.Assist in strategic plans aimed at cost reduction and efficiency improvement.Maintain supplier relationships to ensure drug availability and assist in demand planning.Engage in administrative tasks to support nuclear pharmacy operations.Oversee facility operations when necessary.Deliver doses as required to meet departmental objectives.Essential Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD required.Valid Pharmacist's license required.Pharmacist RPh license in TN, MS, and AL is preferred.Willingness to travel for coverage at other pharmacies as needed.Knowledge of biohazardous waste management procedures.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.Comfortable driving in various weather conditions.Competent computer skills for daily tasks.Flexibility to work various shifts, weekends, holidays, and on-call rotations.What We Expect :
