We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Behavioral Therapist to join our team and support the delivery of evidence-based behavioral health interventions within the Collaborative Care Model (CoCM) framework.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide structured therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) , Problem-Solving Therapy (PST) , or Behavioral Activation (BA) .
• Assist in implementing behavioral interventions as part of an integrated care team to support patients overall mental health and wellbeing.
• Work closely under the supervision of licensed clinicians or Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs) to ensure quality and adherence to best practices.
• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions, treatment progress, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with medical providers, psychiatrists, and care managers to coordinate holistic patient care.
