We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Neurologist to join a growing outpatient practice in Fayetteville, North Carolina. This role is ideal for a physician who is passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centered neurological care in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment. • Conduct comprehensive neurological evaluations and assessments in an outpatient setting

• Develop and implement individualized, patient-centered treatment plans

• Perform and interpret electrodiagnostic studies, including:

  • EEG (routine, long-term, and ambulatory)

  • Nerve conduction studies

  • EMG

• Oversee and manage in-house infusion therapy for neurological conditions

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure optimal patient outcomes

• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical documentation

• Participate in continuing education to stay current with advancements in neurology

• Board Certified in Neurology

• Active or eligible North Carolina medical license

• Prior outpatient neurology experience preferred

• Experience with electrodiagnostic testing highly desirable but not required

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care

• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment

• Guaranteed production bonus structure:

  • 40% of collections between $650,000 - $850,000

  • 45% of collections between $850,000 - $1,000,000

  • 50% of collections above $1,000,000
