Position Description : We are seeking an accomplished Senior Software Developer to lead the design, creation, and enhancement of complex software applications. This individual will architect solutions, set development standards, and oversee the software development lifecycle to ensure systems are robust, reliable, secure, and scalable. The Senior Software Developer will leverage in-depth technical expertise to mentor team members, champion best practices, and deliver innovative solutions that align with organizational goals.

Codes, tests, and debugs new or existing software.
Understands business applications and user, quality, interface, and security needs.
Collaborates with technical staff to resolve software issues.
Addresses customer feedback and implements improvements.
May help create user manuals.
Manages desktop design, testing, security, integration, documentation, and training, including automation of deployment tasks.
