Homebuilder Warranty & Property Manager

Wilmington, DE

Handler Homes is seeking a Homebuilder Warranty & Property Manager to manage homeowner warranty requests and oversee rental, model, and common-area properties.

Responsibilities

  • Manage homeowner warranty claims and coordinate repairs
  • Oversee maintenance and inspections of a portfolio of about 30 rental and model homes
  • Coordinate vendors, contractors, and service providers for warranty and rental repairs
  • Respond to tenant and homeowner inquiries related to warranty and maintenance

Qualifications

  • Experience in homebuilder warranty and / or rental property management preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be within a short commute to 19808.
