Job Description:

We Are Seeking a GRC Administrator and Developer to support the administration, development, and enhancement of a web-based Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) platform. This role focuses on system administration, automation development, compliance framework integration, troubleshooting, and collaboration with cross-functional technology, security, and business teams to ensure effective risk management, compliance monitoring, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary administrator and developer for a web-based GRC platform.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand security, compliance, and operational requirements and design automation solutions.
• Lead automation initiatives for accreditation and compliance processes, including evidence collection, workflow routing, and control reviews.
• Design and implement unified security control frameworks aligned with regulatory and industry standards.
• Develop and maintain Python-based API integrations, automation scripts, and data ingestion processes.
• Integrate structured data sources and external systems using RESTful APIs and standardized data formats.
• Troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes, and implement timely resolutions.
• Maintain system, process, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with software vendors regarding maintenance, updates, and issue resolution.
• Support testing, implementation, and documentation of new features and enhancements.
• Collaborate with IT, security, audit, and project management teams on compliance and development initiatives.
• Participate in ongoing process improvements and perform additional duties as needed.

Required Skills:
• Python programming experience (2-3+ years).
• Experience developing automation scripts and RESTful API integrations (1-2+ years).
• General knowledge of database design principles (2-3+ years).
• Basic programming skills in Java or C#.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and risk management concepts.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation abilities.

Preferred Skills & Experience
• Experience with automated testing practices.
• Familiarity with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) tools.
• Understanding of governance, risk, and compliance frameworks.
• Knowledge of security or regulatory standards such as CJIS, IRS 1075, PCI, or similar frameworks.
