CNC Programmer – $35-42

Join a forward‑thinking manufacturing team in Mesa, Arizona , where innovation meets precision. As a CNC Programmer , you’ll play a key role in transforming engineering concepts into real‑world products through advanced sheet metal machining, laser cutting, and automated fabrication processes.

What You’ll Do

• Create and optimize CNC programs for laser cutters, sheet metal punch machines, and press brakes .
• Support the development of air‑conditioning and refrigeration equipment using 2D and 3D design tools .
• Produce precise manufacturing drawings, schematics, and documentation.
• Work closely with engineers, designers, machine operators, and production supervisors to ensure smooth workflow and accurate execution.
• Review customer specifications and engineering drawings to determine project requirements.
• Ensure all drawings meet quality expectations, safety standards, and industry regulations.
• Identify tooling requirements and maintain an organized tooling database.
• Troubleshoot programming issues, DXF file errors, and material-related discrepancies.
• Write requisitions for required materials and support overall production documentation.
• Continuously look for ways to increase efficiency , enhance machine utilization, and minimize material waste.
• Perform additional duties that support production excellence.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $42.00 / hr.
