Salary : $140,000 - $165,000 per year

Conduct Medicare annual health assessments

See 5-7 patients a day in clinic

Perform H&Ps and document in EMR systems

Requirements

Active NP license in Oregon

BLS / CPR

Experience with EMR systems and electronic documentation
