Finance Director

Key Responsibilities

Lead financial management, reporting, controlling, and budgeting across key business areas

Manage budgeting, forecasting, and reforecasting processes in collaboration with stakeholders

Deliver timely financial reporting and analysis, connecting business performance to strategic objectives

Required Qualifications

10+ years of financial experience within a global company

Relevant financial qualifications

Understanding of private equity or public company environments (helpful but not essential)

Experience leading or supporting teams with a collaborative leadership style

Familiarity with financial systems such as SAP or similar ERP tools
