About the Role :

As a Behavior Therapist within the educational services sector, you will play a critical role in supporting individuals with behavioral challenges by implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions. Your primary objective will be to assess, design, and deliver personalized behavior plans that promote positive behavioral changes and enhance learning outcomes. Minimum Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field.
• Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or equivalent credential.
• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental or behavioral challenges.
• Strong understanding of behavior analysis principles and therapeutic intervention techniques.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
