Seeking Performance Measurement Analyst candidates with relevant Defense, And Security Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Defense, And Security Sector Clients such as NSWC. This as a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Strategy Management Functional Area - Strategic Performance Management Position; however, ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position.

Provide services and support as a Strategic Performance Management (Performance Measurement Analyst) in the Defense, And Security Industry Sector focussing on Management And Operations Solutions for clients such as Naval Surface Warfare Center Port Hueneme Division (NSWC) | NSWC PHD, Department of Defense Generally Located In CONUS - Port Hueneme, CA and across the Southwestern Region Region (Of Country / World).

Responsible for defining, tracking, and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress against strategic goals. Handles key performance indicators (KPIs), metrics, and performance evaluation. Define, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), evaluate strategic performance.

Experience in performance measurement and analysis.

Bachelor's degree, 3+ years in data analysis or performance management.
