Experienced Field Technician
Location: Miami, with flexibility across the surrounding region
ARC Group is currently recruiting for a Field Technician with deep expertise in compressed air systems. This position offers a dynamic field-based role supporting industrial clients throughout South Florida, based out Miami and surrounding cities.

What Youll Be Doing

• Independently service and repair compressed air systems in the field
• Troubleshoot and maintain air compressors, filtration systems, tanks, boosters, and dryers
• Utilize schematics and diagnostic tools to address electrical and mechanical faults
• Provide mentorship and leadership to junior techs during on-site service calls
• Promote adherence to safety standards and best practices
• Ensure accurate logging of service calls and system diagnostics
• Representing the company professionally with customers in industrial settings
• Suggest and promote service packages and upgrades as needed

What You Bring to the Table

• 8+ years of experience in technical, mechanical, or industrial maintenance roles
• Minimum 3 years of direct experience with industrial compressed air systems
• Solid understanding of AC/DC circuits, 3-phase power systems, contactors, and relays
• EPA Section 608 certification is a plus
• Proficiency in interpreting schematics and equipment diagrams
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check
• Strong verbal communication; bilingual in English/Spanish is highly desirable
