Entry Level Data NOC Technician

A company is looking for a Tier One Technician (Data NOC) entry level.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor automated probes, trouble tickets, and customer networks for issues

Coordinate with onsite technicians and other personnel to troubleshoot and update all parties on job status

Document all job details and ensure tickets are handled accurately and promptly

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

High School diploma; Associate's degree preferred

One year of IT or customer support experience

Working knowledge of basic networking technologies and tools

Ability to multitask and work efficiently

Team-oriented with the ability to follow defined processes and escalate issues as needed
