Key Responsibilities

Provide leadership and guidance to senior data engineers and managers

Serve as an architect and guide the software development life cycle to address business issues

Play a primary role in business development pitches and project estimations

Required Qualifications

BS in Computer Science, mathematics, or equivalent education / professional experience

10+ years in the data industry with 7+ years in leadership roles

Experience with project estimations, budgets, and stakeholder collaboration

Strong experience in data technologies, particularly ETL, data warehousing, and cloud solutions

Experience in managing engineers and providing career management guidance
