Requirements :

  • Education : Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field.
  • Experience :

2-5 years of technical support experience in the connector / interconnect industry (design wins preferred).

  • Familiarity with interconnect systems, controllers, ESS / EV charging, or battery / module systems .
  • Basic knowledge of industry standards (e.g., UL, EIA, IEC, Telcordia ) is a plus.
  • Technical Skills :

    • Proficient in 3D modeling (Creo) and Product Data Management (Windchill) .

  • Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

    • Skills :

  • Strong verbal / written communication (able to explain technical concepts to global teams).
  • Excellent customer service and relationship-building.
  • Organized with sharp presentation skills .

    • Responsibilities :

  • Customer Solutions :

    • nalyze needs and propose power solutions (existing products, modifications, or new concepts).

  • Create models / presentations to showcase solutions.
  • Technical Support :

    • Generate engineering documents ( drawings, specs, test results ).

  • Collaborate with thermal / simulation teams and lab testing.
  • Product & Market Expertise :

    • dvise customers on emerging trends and competitive differentiation .

  • Build trusted relationships with key clients' engineering teams.
  • Lead Voice of Customer (VOC) activities for new products.
  • Travel : 30% required.
