Description - What You'll Do

• Conduct routine and specialized clinical lab tests across various fields, including chemistry, hematology, and immunology, adhering strictly to established protocols.
• Evaluate test results for precision, troubleshoot any discrepancies, and perform regular maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment.
• Assist with the gathering of specimens and prepare samples for testing when necessary.
• Keep detailed records of all procedures, mentor new staff or students, and contribute to maintaining high lab quality standards.
• Ensure a safe, hygienic work environment while complying with all regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a similar allied health degree alongside ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• Achieve ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of employment.
• Maintain certification throughout your tenure with us.
