A company is looking for a Chief Growth & Strategy Officer.

Key Responsibilities

Own company-wide revenue targets and develop strategic roadmaps to achieve them

Lead business development strategies and build C-level relationships with clients

Build, lead, and mentor high-performing teams across sales, marketing, and client strategy

Required Qualifications

12+ years of experience in digital marketing, agency leadership, or commercial roles

5+ years in senior leadership with direct P&L or revenue accountability

Proven track record of scaling revenue in a professional services or agency environment

Deep expertise in digital marketing disciplines such as SEO and paid media

Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
