What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activity and / or suspicious behavior.

Monitor automotive production areas, parking lots, and other designated locations to observe and report any irregularities.

Maintain detailed logs and reports of daily activities and incidents as required by Allied Universal and client site protocols.

Communicate professionally with employees, visitors, and contractors while supporting a secure environment within the automotive facility.

Assist with access control by verifying credentials and directing individuals as necessary.

Support emergency preparedness and response efforts according to site-specific protocols.

Minimum Requirements :

A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
