Junior Buyer Planner Admin

Shift : Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 am - 5 : 00 pm Rate : $25+ / hour DOE

We are excited to share a new opportunity for a Junior Buyer Planner Admin in Kennesaw, GA 30144!

We are recruiting a full time Junior Buyer Planner Admin to join our team! As the Junior Buyer Planner Admin, you will coordinate activities involved with purchasing and planning of goods, services and commodities. You will also procure for production items such as raw materials, equipment, tools, fabricated parts, supplies and miscellaneous items.

Junior Buyer Planner Admin Responsibilities :

  • Assists with fulfilling Purchasing Requisitions & Engineering needs.
  • Run, compile and distribute reports and databases related to inventory, open Purchase Orders in SAGE, backlog, shipments and suppliers.
  • Coordinate office supply ordering and replenishment.
  • Enter and reschedule purchase orders in the ERP system in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a productive working relationship with Suppliers and Internal Departments.
  • Other tasks as directed.

Junior Buyer Planner Admin Requirements :

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Intermediate computing skills; Microsoft Office EXCEL.
  • Must have high attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Must be proactive, creative, and self-motivated.
  • Willingness to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen.

    • Junior Buyer Planner Admin Preferred Skills :

  • C.P.I.M Certification is a plus but not required.
  • Highly effective time management skills.
  • Must be proactive, creative, and self-motivated.
  • Ability to effectively present information, and respond to inquiries from management, suppliers, customers and the public.
  • Ability to operate independently and as part of a team.
