What You’ll Do: As a Team Builder / Sales Representative, you will:


  • Lead and Develop a Team: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.

  • Proven Sales Experience: Door-to-door (D2D) or business-to-business (B2B) sales experience is a plus.

Qualifications:


  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in the telecommunications or fiber optics industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of fiber optic technology and its applications.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines
  • Driving License
  • Transportation ability, sometimes travel up to 5 hours is needed
  • Good working phone or iPad with cellular ability
