Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney

I am partnered with a MD / VA firm that is looking to add a Commercial Litigation Associate to their team. This position is with a boutique firm that has excellent mentorship opportunities and growth opportunities in complex commercial litigation.

Background :

• 3+ years of experience in private commercial litigation practice
• Representing businesses and title insurance companies
• Taking depos, handling hearings or arguments
• Motions practice, dispositive motions
• Strong academic background
• Admitted in MD - VA and / or DC are a plus

Benefits :

Salary will be commensurate with experience.
