YOUR ROLE :

As an Inventory Management Controller- Corrections Replenishment, you investigate inventory discrepancies, analyze adjustment trends, and identify shrink causes to implement corrective actions. This involves monitoring transactional activity and reconciling discrepancies to prevent order denials. You regularly use computer systems to manage transfers and replenish inventory while safely operating equipment like forklifts and reach trucks to deliver items to their designated spots. Additionally, you sort and place materials on racks, mark them with identifying information, and perform dropdowns for optimal picking height. You complete tasks promptly, adhere to safety procedures, and may also train new employees.

MATERIAL HANDLING EQUIPMENT

This role may involve the operation of certain pieces of Material Handling Equipment (MHE). The company supplies and mandates training and certification on each individual piece of equipment prior to permissible use. Use of any equipment by an employee on which they are not trained and certified may result in disciplinary action up to and including termination.
