Bartender at LULUS CHOCOLATE BAR LLC

Lulus Chocolate Bar in Savannah is looking for two bartenders to join our 30 person strong team. We are located on 42 Mlk Jr Blvd . Our ideal candidate is self-driven, fun, experienced and reliable with some supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages using accurate "free-pour" method
• Interact with customers, take orders and serve desserts and drinks
• Assess customers needs and preferences and make recommendations
• Quickly prepare martinis and cocktails. Must be able to free-pour.
• Check customer's identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations
• Act as Key Holder in Supervisory Role in Absence of Manager at higher wage
• Cross-train for other position to be able to jump in to help the team where necessary

Qualifications

• Proven working experience as a bartender
• Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
• Relevant training certificate
• Winning personality; gets along well with others
