A company is looking for a Technical Recruiter (Contract).
Key Responsibilities :
Own full-cycle recruiting across technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and closing candidates
Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and drive effective hiring strategies
Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified candidates through outbound sourcing and creative engagement strategies
Required Qualifications :
4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth startup or technical environment
Experience recruiting for software engineering roles (e.g., robotics, autonomy, infrastructure)
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence hiring decisions
Proficiency with ATS platforms and sourcing tools
Ability to operate with high autonomy while collaborating cross-functionally
