ResCare Community Living Direct Support Professional

Responsibilities

  • Performing personal care tasks, including feeding, ambulation, and medical monitoring
  • Assist with fostering positive relationships between individuals served and their housemates
  • Ensuring client safety and maintaining a safe environment
  • Encouraging self-help activities
  • Accompanying clients to scheduled appointments

    • Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Ability to work in a group home, home-like setting
  • Ability to communicate (verbally and written) with all levels of personnel, internal and external

We provide a comprehensive range of high-quality services, including community living, adult host homes for adults regardless of disability, behavioral / mental health support, in-home pharmacy solutions, telecare and remote support, supported employment and training programs, and day programs.

    Salary Range USD $9.25 - $9.50 / Hour
