Tax Director

What You'll Do
- Oversee all aspects of tax planning, compliance, and strategy for a diverse client base.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing tax team.
- Collaborate with leadership to drive growth and optimize client outcomes.
- Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local tax regulations.
What We're Looking For
- CPA designation required; advanced tax certifications a plus.
- 8+ years of progressive tax experience, including leadership roles.
- Strong technical expertise in corporate, partnership, and individual taxation.
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
