As a Technical Manager you will manage the Savannah Additives production technology portfolio leading engineering best practice resolving complex manufacturing issues and partnering with R&D and Operations to optimize processes and support the successful scale-up and introduction of new products.

The role :

As a Technical Manager you will help drive our goals by :

• Leading complex production and process engineering issue resolution to ensure world-class manufacturing performance.
• Managing the Savannah Additives production technology portfolio and driving equipment and process optimization.
• Partnering with R&D Engineering Manufacturing Technology and Production to deliver successful plant trials and technology projects.
• Providing subject matter expertise to guide NPI and PIM design scale-up and implementation.
• Driving engineering best practice ensuring efficient effective technical solutions and supporting major capital project development.
• Strong leadership stakeholder management and coordination capabilities supported by a proactive mindset enthusiasm and the ability to foster effective cross-functional collaboration.
