Our Product Support and Logistics Division (PSLD) is one of the most innovative divisions within PSLD as within all of Caterpillar our priority is ourcustomers and helping them build a better world. We touch nearly everyelement of the services value stream. PSLD is responsible for Aftermarket Parts DistributionofCat Parts Integrated Logistics and Global Services supporting Caterpillar dealers and customers. Our teams work together in critical areas that leverage digital capabilities technology and operational excellence.

As the Manager Commercial you will lead development and execution of commercial strategy of assigned products and / or markets leading a team of 5 members fostering collaboration and high performance. You will also be responsible for overseeing supplier relationships and strategic direction for the business. You will partner with the SIS product owner to accelerate technician adoption of innovative features.

What You Will Do :

Identify and analyze the organizations strengths and weaknesses and respond to opportunities in sales environment. Translate new feature NPI developments into actionable Go To Market strategies that align with both short- and long-term business objectives.

Develop and manage promotional events (Webinar conference dealer meetings etc) in alignment with long and short-term Go To Market strategies.

What You Will Have (Basic Requirements) :

Customer Focus : Knowledge of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and ability to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions.

Decision Making and Critical Thinking : Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.

Effective Communications : Understanding of effective communication concepts tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit receive and accurately interpret ideas information and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.

Relationship Management : Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients vendors and peers.

Value Selling : Knowledge of the principles and practices for selling products technology and services; ability to provide overall product / service value and to differentiate support offerings that address clearly understood customer needs.

Summary Pay Range :

$144960.00 - $217320.00
