Overview :

As a Sales Executive, you will connect with high-net-worth individuals who have expressed interest in our offerings. Employ your sales techniques to uncover their investment goals, educate them about our services, and facilitate meetings with our skilled outside sales team.

Your Opportunity :

The Sales Executive role promises both a fulfilling and engaging career path. Surrounded by experienced professionals and mentors, you will develop your sales skills, foster relationships within the firm, and actively shape your career trajectory. This position is based in our office located in Camas, WA, where your manager will support you directly in the sales process. With a compensation structure that includes a stable base salary along with uncapped commissions, the potential earnings are high : the more you invest in your role, the more you will gain.

Your Daily Responsibilities :

  • Articulate Fisher's value proposition to affluent investors to schedule meetings with regional sales partners.
  • Drive your career advancement while contributing to the growth of our firm and improving the financial health of potential clients.
  • Thrive in a spirited atmosphere with like-minded peers and enjoy recognition through competition in a meritocratic environment.

Your Qualifications :

  • No prior sales experience or industry knowledge is required.
  • A track record of personal and professional achievements demonstrates your drive for results.
  • Ability to instill trust : You know how to earn the confidence of others while prioritizing their best interests.
  • Strong communication skills : You engage and connect with a diverse range of audiences.
  • Persuasion skills : You employ compelling arguments to secure the support and commitment of others.
  • Resilience : You face challenges proactively, learn from setbacks, and strive for improvement.

    • Compensation :

  • Base salary of $50,000 with a commission structure that rewards performance; you may earn as low as $34,652.80 in Washington state. The compensation package includes fees for appointments held and a percentage of the first year's management fees from new business closed by regional representatives.
  • Over the past three years, approximately 40% of our Sales Executives have exceeded $100,000 in their first year.
