Responsibilities:

• Assist with or manage project scope, schedule, and budget
• Develop plans, specifications, and technical reports
• Perform site visits, feasibility studies, and design evaluations
• Use AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and similar software
• Ensure regulatory and safety compliance
• Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders
• Troubleshoot project challenges and recommend solutions
• Support proposals and strategic pursuits

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Civil or Environmental Engineering
• EIT required; PE preferred
• Proficient in civil engineering software
• Strong communication and project management skills
