Intern - Program Management

O'Reilly's Summer Internship Program is an in-person, 10-week, paid, summer program that offers students the opportunity to work closely with experienced leaders and professionals in different departments and to showcase their knowledge by providing recommendations and feedback. Throughout the internship, students will build upon their current skillsets, while applying their education to meaningful, impactful projects.

Interns will be paired with one department for the summer and will be responsible for assisting their team with special projects and daily tasks that will contribute to the success of the company. Along with a mentor, interns will design their Career Development Plan and complete tasks and projects to gain the experience necessary to achieve their career goals.

What You'll Do :

• Assist with the Directors of North America meeting where we bring our top 300 leaders together to review our current work and plan for our future
• Contribute to our Strategic Planning process, from data work to streamlining and automating processes
• Plan meetings and develop content critical to strategic projects and growth in all our markets of the US, MX, and CA

Are entering their junior or senior year of college (minimum 60 completed credit hours), or be a graduate student
